Current Lifeguard Certification Needed Position Description:The position is responsible for the day-to-day management of 12-15 Aquatic Facilities Responsible for the orientation, training, and oversight of lifeguard team members Responsible for the diagnosis and repair of facility mechanical issues Position reports directly to Regional Managers for daily/weekly task completion and responsibilities Training is available and provided for the right candidate Position Qualifications:Preferred Candidates have experience in Aquatics or other facility management fields Candidates should have experience or ability to manage staff and provide constructive feedback for growth Position is designed as a potential growth opportunity within our organization, with upward mobility for candidates who excel Candidates should demonstrate the ability to be punctual, organized and able to work individually or within a team environment Position Specifics:Great opportunity to learn and develop skills in mechanical systems, management of staff and sales communications Position is a 5 day a week position, hours are dependent on daily tasks and can fluctuate throughout the season This position is designed to provide an opportunity for growth and development within the Aquatics and Facilities Management industry.Previous experience is preferred but not required, candidates will be selected based on potential for development!
