Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and energetic Full Time Seasonal Manager to help lead our family entertainment center team to success! As a pivotal member of our management team, you will drive store operations, foster a positive customer experience, and motivate staff to achieve their best.Your leadership will ensure smooth daily functions, effective sales strategies, and a welcoming environment that encourages growth and excellence.This role offers an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual with strong management skills and a passion for family fun! Duties Oversee daily store operations, ensuring all activities run efficiently and smoothly Lead, train, and develop team members in customer service, sales techniques, and operational procedures Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize sales potential Handle employee orientation, training & development programs to foster a motivated workforce Conduct interviewing and recruiting processes to build a talented team aligned with company goals Supervise cash handling, cashiering, and POS (Point of Sale) systems Implement pricing strategies, sales promotions, and marketing initiatives to boost store performance Ensure excellent customer service by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining high communication standards Qualifications Proven management experience in retail or similar environments with supervising responsibilities Strong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, and team management Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for diverse customer engagement Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling procedures, retail math, and store management tools Experience in merchandising, stocking, pricing strategies, marketing initiatives, and sales management Excellent communication skills coupled with organizational skills and time management abilities Leadership qualities with a focus on training & development and fostering a positive team environment Manager experience or prior retail management roles preferred but not required Join us as a Full Time Seasonal Manager where your leadership will inspire teams to achieve outstanding results!
