SEASONAL GENERAL LABORER

A seasonal opportunity may be just what you need to get a taste of the industry.We have a Seasonal General Laborer position at our Monnett location which is located near the intersection of Rt 4 and Rt 294.This position is labor intensive which will require bending, lifting, twisting, pushing, pulling, shoveling, climbing, working at heights and other various laborious activities.Must be able to work in different elements such as heat, rain and humidity.Main Responsibilities:Properly and safely fill Anhydrous Ammonia tanks (will receive thorough training) Maintain a clean work area on a daily basis Communicate with Agronomist or location manager concerning daily activities Assist in housekeeping and maintenance of facility grounds Assist with outbound and inbound agronomy products Ensure Safety compliance Provide courteous customer service.Operate all equipment & vehicles according to COFC policy and procedure along with all local, state, and federal laws.Requirements Must have good attendance Must be safety minded and wear proper PPE Must be able to meet and work with strict deadlines Must possess a strong attention to detail Must have good communication skills Initiative to work independently and also in a team environment Must be Adaptable and Dependable Must be able to work outside Must have an acceptable motor vehicle license and no DUI's or OVI' over the past five years.
