Greenhouse General Laborer (Seasonal - Full Time) Season Runs:February through early JuneLocation: Troy Mo Pay: $18.50 an hour (With end of season bonus) About the Position We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team for the upcoming greenhouse season.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced, hands-on work and can stay active on their feet throughout the day.Core Responsibilities Work on our assembly-line style planting room to plant and prepare product Wire and prepare hanging baskets Stick unrooted cuttings with accuracy and care Assist with pulling and organizing orders for deliveries Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment Follow daily instructions and support general greenhouse tasks as needed Qualifications Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude Ability to keep up with fast-paced, physical labor throughout the day Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and moving for extended periods Reliability is essential Previous greenhouse or agricultural experience is helpful but not required What We Offer Full-time seasonal work from February to early June A supportive team environment Hands-on experience in greenhouse production Opportunities to learn plant care and greenhouse processes Job Types:Full-time, Seasonal Pay:$18.00 per hour Expected hours:40 - 50 per week Work Location:In person.
