Job Summary Cass Hill Development Companies is seeking a Seasonal Groundskeeper to maintain the cleanliness, landscaping, and overall appearance of our residential properties during the summer season.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys outdoor work, landscaping, and hands-on property maintenance.What You'll Do Perform landscaping and grounds maintenance (mowing, trimming, edging, weeding) Assist with mulching, planting, and irrigation Maintain clean and safe outdoor areas, including walkways, parking lots, and common spaces Support general property upkeep and light maintenance tasks Identify and report safety hazards or maintenance issues Ensure grounds are maintained to high company standards Qualifications Experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or property maintenance is a plus Ability to perform physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and basic customer service skills Schedule & Job Type Full-time, seasonal position Monday-Friday (some flexibility based on property needs) In-person role Why Work With Us?
