We are currently hiring Landscape & Maintenance laborers for the 2026 season, beginning approximately April/May and running through October/November (weather dependent on both ends).Perfect summer job and schedule for college and high school students! The position is focused on general property care and maintenance, and includes seasonal landscape clean up, general landscape maintenance and mowing, special projects, and minor repairs to homes and equipment.Experience is always helpful, and we will train the right person if you are good fit to our team- we like hard workers and team players! Who we are:Forest Property Management is a full service estate management company caring for privately owned homes throughout McCall.We maintain all aspects of the properties we manage, including lawns, gardens, flower beds, watercraft, autos, docks, house cleaning, maintenance and repairs.Who we are looking for:We are hiring for 5 full time and 2 part-time positions for 2025 in our Landscape Maintenance department, anywhere between 20-40 hours a week, Monday-Friday's.Our peak season is April/May through early August, and the regular season will run into November (weather permitting).Every day is different in this department as every season brings its own challenges and homeowners projects can come up without notice.Our typical work day (Monday through Friday) starts at 9 and ends at 5, and sometimes is adjusted to start earlier in the heat of summer.We do offer a flexible schedule for our employees- with a summer-long commitment, we can work around second jobs, school schedules, vacations, etc.Forest Property Management is looking for energetic, self-motivated, hard working people who share our work hard, play hard attitude.We take what we do seriously, and we like to have a good time while doing it! In this position you will work closely with others and will often engage with homeowners- good communication skills and presentation are a must.Candidates must be detail oriented, customer service driven, flexible, and able to lift 50lbs.In general, tasks include:spring/fall clean ups, raking, mowing, trimming, fertilizing, power raking, general exterior home maintenance projects, staining, boat and car cleaning, dock maintenance, occasional weeding, etc.Every day is different, and priorities change throughout the season and often, throughout the day.Pay is DOE and performance based - we will compensate the employees who work hard and make our properties look their absolute best! Forest Property Management supplies transportation throughout the day and all the necessary supplies.You will need transportation to and from our shop daily.Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Pay:$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours:25 - 40 per week Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred) License/Certification:Driver's License (Preferred) Ability to Relocate:McCall, ID:Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location:In person.
