Position Overview:Concord Country Club is seeking responsible and attentive Lifeguards to join our Aquatics team for the 2026 summer season.Lifeguards play a critical role in ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable pool environment for our members and their guests.Key Responsibilities:Monitor pool activity to ensure the safety of all members and guests Enforce pool rules and respond to emergencies as needed Administer first aid and CPR when necessary Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool deck and surrounding areas Assist with opening and closing duties Provide a friendly, professional presence and excellent member service Qualifications:Current Lifeguard Certification (Red Cross or equivalent) required CPR/AED and First Aid certification required Strong awareness, attentiveness, and decision-making skills Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergency situations Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Preferred (but not required):Prior lifeguarding experience Experience working in a private club or similar hospitality environment Schedule:Flexible hours including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays Seasonal position running approximately Memorial Day through Labor Day Compensation & Benefits:Competitive hourly wage (based on experience) Complimentary staff meals during shifts Uniform provided Opportunity to work in a positive, team-oriented club environment How to Apply:Please submit your application through Indeed or contact the Club directly for more information.Pay:$14.00 - $16.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
