Seasonal Pack & Move Associate (March-June) Bluestar Move Management - Charlotte Division North Carolina (Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill & surrounding areas) $20/hour Part-Time Seasonal Job Overview Bluestar Move Management division is hiring Seasonal Pack & Move Associates to assist clients with packing, organizing, and settling into new homes during important life transitions.This is a seasonal, project-based role from March through June 2026 with flexible scheduling.This position involves working directly in client homes and providing hands-on support.This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy helping others.Responsibilities Pack and organize household items safely and efficiently Unpack and help set up clients' new homes Assist with sorting and organizing belongings Provide professional and respectful service in client homes Work as part of a team to complete move projects Maintain a clean and organized work environment Requirements (Required) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must be able to travel locally to client homes Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly Reliable, punctual, and professional Strong customer service and communication skills Must be available between March and June 2026 Preferred Qualifications Prior moving, packing, warehouse, or customer service experience Experience working in client homes or service environments Strong attention to detail and organization Schedule & Pay Seasonal Position:March - June 2026 Part-Time, Project-Based Typical shifts range from 2 to 8 hours Flexible scheduling based on availability $20 per hour Why Join Bluestar Move Management?
