Job Duties Repair issues with equipment and buildings Mowing, trimming, and other grounds work Carpentry, upkeep of property buildings Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion Painting, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical and flooring repair Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields preferred Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment Deadline and detail-oriented Ability to handle physical workload in varying weather conditions Electrical knowledge helpful Customer Service attitude Able to work with limited supervision Able to pass background check Depending on qualifications and interest, this position may be available for full-time year round work.Job Types:Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal Pay:From $16.00 per hour Benefits:Employee discount Work Location:In person.
