Job Title: Seasonal Utility Employee - Mid-May 2026 through September 1, 2026 Position Overview We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals for Seasonal Utility Employee positions in Rumford. These seasonal roles are designed to provide vacation relief coverage and help offset overtime needs during peak operational periods. This is a temporary , hourly position with assignments across various departments based on operational needs. Employees must be flexible and willing to work a rotating 8, 10 or 12 -hour shift schedule. Job Responsibilities Perform general utility work across multiple departments as assigned Support production and operational needs during vacation coverage periods Safely operate within industrial environments, including hot work areas Complete required data entry and documentation tasks Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures Required Experience Must be at least 18 years of age by June 1, 2026 Willing and able to work 8, 10 or 12-hour rotating shifts Able to accept flexible work assignments Must complete USW union membership upon employment Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to complete tasks thoroughly Physical Requirements Regular lifting up to 50 pounds Pushing and pulling up to 130 pounds Occasional climbing of stairs and ladders Working in hot industrial environments Preferred Attributes Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety Reliable, punctual, and adaptable Team-oriented with a strong work ethic Attributes for Success Hard work – tackle each task with determination, passion and creativity; the willingness to put in whatever effort is required to successfully complete the job at hand.
