Inspection of vacation rental properties prior to guests arrival.You will be looking for damage, the property is clean, and reporting back if anything needs to be handled at the property, as well as when the property is ready for guests.Some troubleshooting of TV's and the internet when needed.Must be able to download and use scheduling app on your mobile device.Looking for someone who can commit to every Saturday starting May 23rd (the weekend before Memorial Day), June, July, and August, and has reliable transportation.Other shifts available as needed.6 hours guaranteed at $30/hour plus mileage.Experience preferred but not required.Paid training prior to the Summer season starts.Job Type:Temporary Pay:$150.00 - $180.00 per day Physical Setting:Outdoor work Ability to Commute:Folly Beach, SC 29439 (Required) Ability to Relocate:Folly Beach, SC 29439:Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location:In person.
