Seasonal Warehouse Pick/Pack Associate

Seasonal Warehouse Associate Pick/ Pack Reports To:Operations Supervisor or Operations Manager FLSA:Non-Exempt Job Role/Responsibilities:Picks and/or packs orders accurately within standard timeframe.Receives in products and/or puts them away accurately and timely.Maintains 5s model by standardizing, sorting and straightening products, as needed.Responds to customer requests, including parts look-up and will-call pick up.Follows processes in a detail oriented, accurate and consistent manner.Works to become an expert and cross-trains with team members in the various work activities.Demonstrates understanding by carrying out written or oral instructions correctly.Maintains regular and predictable attendance.Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.Respectfully takes direction from the manager.Other warehouse duties assigned.Qualifications:Understanding of a warehouse operation is preferred.Must be at least 17 years of age.Ability to follow workplace rules and procedures.Valid forklift/pallet jacket experience is preferred.Physical Requirements:Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.Must be able to bend, squat twist or turn multiple times a day.Must be able to lift, carry, push or pull up to 50 pounds.Must be able to repetitively use arms, hands, and fingers to manipulate tools/parts.Must demonstrate good hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity.Benefits:Paid time off Referral program Schedule:10 hour shift 12 hour shift 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Overtime Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred) Ability to Commute:Columbus, OH 43204 (Required) Work Location:In person.
