Description Oyster Harbors Marine is looking for a hardworking, positive, and team-oriented Seasonal Yard & Operations Assistant to support our busy boating season. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to help the team and our customers. This position supports all areas of the business including boat detailing, yard operations, customer events, office support, and general day-to-day marina and dealership operations. No two days are the same. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the marine industry, work around premium boats, and be part of a fast-paced team environment. Key Responsibilities Wash, clean, and detail boats to maintain premium presentation standards Assist with staging boats for delivery, display, and events Support marina and yard operations as needed Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the property, docks, and showroom areas Assist the office team with filing, organizing, customer hospitality, and administrative tasks Help set up and break down boat shows, customer events, and promotional displays Transport supplies, move equipment, and assist various departments with daily tasks Run errands and assist with general operational support Deliver a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times Requirements: Qualifications Strong work ethic and willingness to help wherever needed Positive attitude and team-first mentality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt throughout the day Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, organized appearance Valid driver’s license required Boating knowledge is a plus, but not required Ability to lift 50 lbs and remain active throughout the day
