They are seeking a Secondaries Analyst / Associate to join their team. Job Responsibilities: Lead the execution of GP-led secondary transactions, including continuation funds, stapled solutions, and preferred equity structures. Support or independently manage LP portfolio processes, coordinating with buyers, sellers, and internal stakeholders. Prepare comprehensive financial models, process materials, and marketing documents. Conduct deep financial and qualitative analysis of private equity portfolios. Collaborate with institutional investors, private equity sponsors, and internal partners to develop creative liquidity solutions. Oversee junior team members, ensuring the quality and accuracy of deliverables. Stay abreast of current market trends, buyer activity, and sector movements in the global secondaries market. Present to internal and external stakeholders and contribute to client relationship development. Qualifications: Experience in financial analysis and process management within private equity or related fields. Proficiency in preparing financial models and marketing documents. Ability to conduct asset-level valuation and performance assessments. Strong understanding of market trends and buyer activity in the global secondaries market.
