Positions Summary The Secondary School Principal provides visionary and operational leadership for grades 6-12, overseeing academics, student life, faculty development, and spiritual formation. This role ensures alignment with the mission of VCS while cultivating a culture of excellence, accountability, and Christ-centered community.
