Job Description
Qualifications High School graduate plus secretarial experience General knowledge of office equipment and efficient routines and procedures Office skills including: typing, filing, copying, calculator use, recordkeeping ability, statistical typing, ability to compose correspondence Computer literacy including email, spreadsheets, databases, word processing skills and any other computer systems/programs specific to assigned department and duties Strong interpersonal, communications and organizational skills Ability to work under and adhere to deadlines Shall maintain a level of confidentiality Salary As per the agreement between the South Plainfield Board of Education and the South Plainfield Teachers' Unit Benefits Family medical, prescription and dental package offered
