Job Description
Answering phone calls-taking down customer information and needs Must have 3years of experience with Quickbooks/bookkeeping Receiving checks and processing mail Manage Accounts receivable Process and send out invoices, statements and quotes via Service Fusion Take deposits to bank, run errands Order drinks, saftey equipment and supplies Apply for permits-schedule inspections Setting up job accounts for vendors Processing COI's Printing construction plans Putting things together in Acrobat Adobe, including material submittals Processing NTTC's for sales tax Calling in one call dig tickets Processing License Renewals Job Type:Full-time Pay:$18.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) matching Paid time off.
