Job Summary Looking for a dependable experienced secretary and Dispatcher to join our office. I am willing to train the right person. This is a full-time or part-time position. At least 30 hours a week or more. Monday through Friday 9 to 5 must be willing to drive on a country road for 2 miles. Must be eager to learn. This is not your every day secretarial work, each day is a bit different. As you progress in your learning, pay also gets better. Duties Making and Answer phone calls. Assisting in making quotes, filing IFTA, organizing fuel receipts Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, including data entry and document proofreading Schedule appointments, manage calendars, organize driver loads. Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to track expenses and invoices Support office management activities including organizing files, managing correspondence, and overseeing general administrative functions Experience Previous office experience or administrative support role preferred Proven experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry skills Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, calendar management tools, and office management software such as QuickBooks Excellent phone etiquette combined with strong organizational skills and time management capabilities Join us in creating a lively, efficient office environment where your skills make a real difference!
