A company is looking for an Assistant General Counsel-Securities. Key Responsibilities Advise on securities law compliance and regulatory requirements Provide legal support for equity and debt offerings and complex financing transactions Collaborate with internal departments and serve as a legal liaison for external stakeholders Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Member of the bar in good standing in all jurisdictions where licensed 5-7 years of legal experience focusing on securities law and corporate finance Deep knowledge of U.S. securities laws and regulations Experience advising on sophisticated financing transactions
