Security Bouncer / Bar Back

Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Bouncer to join our team.The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our patrons and staff.As a Bouncer, you will be responsible for enforcing venue policies, managing crowd control, and ensuring the overall safety of the establishment.Your presence will help deter potential issues and provide peace of mind to our guests.Duties Monitor entrance and exit points to ensure only authorized individuals gain access.Conduct thorough checks of bags and personal items as necessary.Manage crowd behavior and enforce venue rules to maintain a safe atmosphere.Respond promptly to incidents, including altercations or emergencies, utilizing conflict management skills.Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency personnel when required.Utilize CCTV surveillance systems to monitor activities within the venue.Provide first aid or CPR assistance when necessary, ensuring the well-being of patrons.Maintain clear communication with security staff and management regarding any security concerns or incidents.Qualifications Previous experience in law enforcement or security roles is preferred but not mandatory.Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance techniques is advantageous.Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations effectively.Knowledge of loss prevention strategies is a plus.Military background may be beneficial in understanding security protocols and discipline.Must possess excellent observational skills and attention to detail.Ability to remain calm under pressure while handling difficult situations professionally.Join our team as a Bouncer, where your skills will contribute significantly to creating a safe environment for all!
