Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective clients, understanding their security challenges and presenting tailored solutions. Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, manage client interactions, and monitor sales pipelines effectively. Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet both their security requirements and our business objectives. Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling campaigns that showcase our security solutions’ value proposition. Coordinate project management efforts to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and successful delivery of services. Qualifications Proven experience in business development or sales within the security industry or related sectors. Strong proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales processes. Excellent strategic planning skills with the ability to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable plans. Demonstrated success in sales, negotiation, and closing deals with diverse clients. Effective project management capabilities to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building customer relationships.
