Join our team of dedicated Leaders and help make a positive impact in your community. We are looking for a Full Time Security Field Supervisor. Experience as a Security Field Supervisor is required. Truckyard experience is required. Clean Driving Record is also required. TRAK TIK experience is preffered. Schedule: Full Time / 40 hours / Availability on the Weekends Pay Scale: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour Proof of current/valid California Driver License and clean driving record required. Must have knowledge of different operations (Warehouses, Truckyards, Commercial Buildings and Retail) in order to conduct Post Checks or Hold Post. Field Supervisor minimum requirements: Demonstrates leadership skills Consistently motivated Reliable Flexible schedule (swing and night shifts availability required) Possess a valid California driver license and clean driving record Enthused to counsel, train, and encourage others Maintain a positive attitude through challenging situations Communicate/document thoroughly, efficiently, professionally Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office programs Willingness to adapt to changing procedures and work environments Deal with individuals cautiously and professionally Follow instructions Deal tactfully/diplomatically with clients, NGS management, and co-workers.
