Delaware North Gaming is searching for part-time Backside Security Guards to join our team at Hamburg Gaming in Hamburg, New York. As Backside Security team members, you will work under the Security Manager, maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and team members, in accordance with the New York Gaming Commission and applicable operational standards. Enforce rules and regulations of the local gaming commission Adhere to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures Report any incidents, following all departmental and organizational policies and procedures, and report any procedural violations and illegal activity Fill out departmental log forms, verifying all paperwork is complete and turned in at the conclusion of shifts Process guest complaints, using active listening skills to control difficult situations, and communicate with guests sensitively and with care No high school diploma or GED required Security guard, state certified preferred.
