Requirements Must have a valid Security Guard License Must be punctual, dependable, and responsible Must maintain a professional, clean, and presentable appearance Must represent the company respectfully and professionally at all times Must have knowledge and experience in security work Must know how to handle conflicts calmly, maintain control, and avoid escalating situations Must stay alert, follow safety procedures, and respond professionally in emergencies Monitor premises using CCTV systems and conduct regular surveillance to detect suspicious activity or security breaches English & Spanish is preferable.
