Security GuardSalary:$2,436/monthLocation:Middle Tennessee Mental Health Institute (MTMHI) - On-site #LP1 About the Role:MTMHI is looking for dedicated Security Guards to help maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors.This role involves patrolling the facility, monitoring security systems, and responding to incidents as needed.What You'll Do:Ensure Safety & Security:Patrol the facility, monitor alarms, and respond to emergencies.Control Access:Verify identification, authorize entry, and escort individuals as needed.Incident Response:Address security concerns, intervene in disturbances, and assist in crisis situations.Documentation & Reporting:Maintain logs, write incident reports, and communicate with supervisors and law enforcement.Operate Security Equipment:Utilize cameras, radios, patrol vehicles, and other security systems.What We're Looking For:High school diploma or equivalent (law enforcement/security experience can substitute).Key Benefits:Comprehensive insurance packages, retirement plans, and paid leave.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$29,232.00 - $37,968.00 per year Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Employee assistance program Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Parental leave Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
