Security Guard

The Security Guard is responsible to provide a security presence in the facility, protect its property and provide the personnel a sense of safety and security.Duties and Responsibilities: Monitor the buildings point of entry Control traffic in the employee parking lots, both in the front and the back of the building Patrol the interior and exterior of the facility to maintain vigilant and provide security presence Utilize the camera system to monitor areas of the facility for potential safety and security infractions Understand and exercise all company safety, security and GMP requirements and procedures Call the fire and police departments in case of an emergency Investigate and record all injuries and incidents Perform other duties as assigned Skills:Must be Bilingual (English and Spanish).Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.High school diploma or equivalent required.Minimum 1years security experience is required.Basic computer skills.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.using proper lifting techniques.Requires walking and standing for lengthy periods of time.Pay:$20.00 - $28.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
