Security Officer - Monahans & Pecos, TX Starting Pay:$20/hrPositions Available:1 Full-Time 1 Part-TimeShifts:Full time Night Shift/ Part time Night Shift (Bi-weekly day shift) About the Role Texas Private Eyes LLC is expanding our team and looking for responsible, observant, and professional Security Officers to support client sites in both Monahans and Pecos.This role is ideal for individuals who value structure, safety, and consistency.Key Responsibilities Maintain a visible presence Access control Monitor client property and respond to any suspicious behavior or safety concerns Conduct hourly foot patrols Complete detailed activity reports and documentation for each shift Follow all company and client post orders Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and emergency responders when necessary Support a safe environment by enforcing rules and site-specific procedures Requirements Reliable transportation to and from the job site Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods Strong observational and communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work independently and follow procedures Must be at least 18 Clean background Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in the security field Level III license or firearm proficiency Valid Texas Security License (Level II or Level III) What We Offer Competitive pay starting at $20/hr Day and night shifts Opportunities for growth and additional training Paid Licensing, and recertifications Supportive leadership and well-structured post orders Pay:$20.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
