Security Officer

Overview PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.WEAPONS PROFICIENCY REQUIRED.We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team.Prior security experience is required.The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors.This position requires a proactive approach to surveillance and loss prevention, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed diligently.Duties Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.Operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to oversee premises effectively.Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.Conduct regular inspections of property to ensure safety compliance and identify potential hazards.Enforce rules and regulations while providing assistance in conflict management situations.Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary, providing detailed reports on incidents.Provide first aid and CPR assistance as needed, ensuring the well-being of individuals on-site.Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for record-keeping purposes.Skills Proficient in surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies.Knowledgeable in first aid and CPR; certification is a plus.Familiarity with CCTV systems and their operation.Background in law enforcement or military service is advantageous.Strong conflict management skills to de-escalate tense situations effectively.Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in high-pressure environments.Join us in ensuring the safety and security of our community while developing your skills in a rewarding environment!
