Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.25 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon03:00 AM - 07:00 AMWed03:00 AM - 07:00 AMSun03:00 AM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with property management and/or first responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor entry points, lobbies, loading areas, and/or other assigned posts, assisting with visitor processing, credential checks, and reporting unusual activity in accordance with site policies. Support daily property operations by reporting maintenance-related issues, policy violations, and/or hazards observed during patrols or while assigned to a post, following Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
