Security Officer (Casual)

Security Officer.The Security Officer is responsible for all aspects of Safety and Loss Prevention for the Honua Kai Condominium Association, Inc.Must have:Act 208 State of Hawaii Guard Card Valid driver's license that has been effect for at least (3) three years, with no major violations and no more than (2) two minor violations in the past (3) three years.CPR, AED, and FIRST AID certified.Candidate must:Be available and willing to work when scheduled; this may include evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.Report to work on time and when scheduled.Have a minimum of (1) one year of security related experience (preferred).Have ability to work for extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, speaking, etc.on a constant basis.Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position a minimum of 75 lbs.on an occasional basis.Superior English language skills, written and oral.Must have ability to write routine reports and correspondence.Must have ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.Be computer literate; Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.Ability to type 30 wpm.Pay:$25.83 per hour Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience:Security:1 year (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
