Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.53 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon06:30 AM - 02:30 PMTue06:30 AM - 02:30 PMWed06:30 AM - 02:30 PMThur06:30 AM - 02:30 PMFri06:30 AM - 02:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, vendors, and site personnel by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate for the location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or credentials, document visitor activity, and report unauthorized access attempts or other security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following post instructions and communicating clearly with site personnel, first responders, and/or Allied Universal management. Conduct regular and random patrols around access points, gate areas, loading zones, and the perimeter, observing for unusual activity, operational issues, and/or conditions that could impact daily transportation operations. Maintain accurate logs, reports, and pass-down information related to deliveries, visitor processing, vehicle movement, and other access control activity to help support site operations and security-related awareness. Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. A TSA issued TWIC is required. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Applicants must be 21+ years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
