WORK today and get PAID today Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provides general public safety services for the protection of guests and equipment in area.Inspects assigned areas for public safety and/or safety breaches and reports any potential situations to supervisor/first responders.Inform emergency first responders in case of fire, presence of unauthorized persons or other unforeseen emergencies.Observe and report all unusual occurrences and incidents within designated area.Must follow all safety policies and procedures and attend scheduled safety meetings and training as a condition of employment.This position is not limited to those duties listed in the job description.Duties and responsibilities can be changed, expanded, reduced or deleted to meet business needs of the company.Observe safety and security rules and regulations in the workplace.Maintain a neat, professional appearance.Report to work on time.Comprehend the district's rules and regulations.Requirements High school diploma or GED is preferred.Must be 21 years of age or older Experience as a Public Safety Officer, Security Officer, Military or Law Enforcement with report writing experience is a plus.Preferred:valid New Mexico Driver's License Must possess customer service and communication skills.Must have ability to use good judgment in intense and non-intense situations.Must have a professional demeanor and a well groomed appearance.Must be able to follow all instructions, written and oral.Applicants Can Apply At:www.VetSec.com or submit a resume with Indeed Job Type:Part-Time/Temporary/Full Time Santa Fe Salary:Possibility of higher starting wage depending on the experience you bring.
