Pay is dependent on experience and held current credentials. A non-commission and commission license are required to perform this role. A valid Texas driver's license is required to perform this role. Duties Handling schedules, PTO requests, and call offs to ensure all posts are properly staffed. Corresponding with office management to onboard and train new employees and handling employee disciplinary issues. Spot checking posts for quality assurance. Speaking with clients and facility managers to gauge customer service and handling issues or complaints. Learning all posts to ensure familiarity with sites and duties. Traveling out of town to set up or end contracts, hire, and/or covering posts as needed. Administrative experience is preferred including familiarity with typing, emails, using spreadsheets, and using a desktop PC. A company car and cell phone will be provided.
