The Work Duties will include but are not limited to: This position will be assigned to the LM RMS Program Security Team at the King of Prussia Pennsylvania. The Security Rep is responsible for integration and execution of program security operations, and must be able to prepare, maintain, and enforce security policy and procedures within the Program Security environment. Must have basic knowledge and experience of applicable government and user agency security policies, including National Industrial Security Operating Manual (NISPOM), You will oversee accountability of classified material and for Program Security. This includes the handling and storage of classified documents, electronic media, and support access control procedures. You will interact regularly with program personnel and stakeholders with confidence, poise and professionalism. Who We Are The program is eager for program security professionals. Basic Qualifications Must have an active TS clearance within a 5-year scope, or the eligibility to reinstate a TS clearance w/ 5-year scope required. Must be team-oriented with a minimum of 1 years’ experience in DoD Security programs Must have a basic understanding of industrial security regulations and procedures, including experience administering provisions of the 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM. Must have good communication skills to include written and verbal. Desired Skills Basic knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM and other DoD policy and regulations. Works well independently and in group settings Excellent written, verbal, and customer interface skills. Ability to multi-task and remain organized; proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products. Ability To Work Remotely Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
