You will conduct the following responsibilities, upholding Tarian's commitment to safety and security while supporting the values and culture of the client and community. Implement and oversee security operations at individual facilities - including responsibilities for day-to-day supervision, motivation, coaching and training of our Officers on site. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or G.E.D Previous security experience Must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable licenses or certifications Valid driver's license and ability to meet Tarian's driving guidelines if applicable (for Driving Roles).
