Security Supervisor Responsible for the efficient operation of the Security Department shift assigned. Compensation: $20-$24 per hour, depending on experience Essential Responsibilities Provides next-level guest service to internal and external guests. Demonstrates PositiveLife culture in all interactions with guests and co-workers. Assists in hiring, motivating, training, coaching, mentoring, and directing staff to ensure that Team Members receive leadership, guidance, and resources to accomplish established objectives. Responsible for creating and fostering an environment of support and motivation for Team Members. Assists with the establishment of department standards, guidelines, and objectives, and maintains other administrative processes such as budget and staffing to ensure proper planning and efficient operation of assigned areas. Responsible for the loss prevention functions of the complex, including company assets on the casino floor, customer and employee security and safety on their shift. Assists with the training, selecting, and developing of staff, scheduling and directing. Ensures all applicable laws, rules, and regulations of the company are firmly and fairly enforced. Responsible for all investigations or supervision of all investigations performed by subordinates assigned to the Security Department. Implements systems to ensure compliance with federal, state, and company rules and regulations. Identifies and controls risks and threats to the safety and assets of the company patrons and employees. Responsible for the detention of persons for probable cause for the purpose of notifying law enforcement and/or state gaming officials.
