Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and vigilant Security Site Supervisor to lead our security operations at a dynamic facility.In this role, you will oversee the safety and security of the premises, manage a team of security personnel, and ensure all security protocols are effectively implemented.Your leadership will help maintain a secure environment while responding swiftly to incidents and emergencies.This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in security management, law enforcement, surveillance, and conflict resolution to protect our organization's interests.Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily security activities to ensure comprehensive site protectio Law enforcement experience prefered.Lead and train security personnel in patrol procedures, emergency response, conflict management, customer service and correct/reteach if bad practices are observed Continuous management of staff deployment On the spot problem solving to address unsafe events, monitor crowded areas Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies by coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed Develop detailed incident reports, shift logs, and security records for accountability and review Requirements Proven experience in security operations, law enforcement, military service or related fields with leadership responsibilities Knowledge of surveillance technology including CCTV systems and loss prevention techniques Certifications in first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), and conflict management are highly desirable Strong understanding of security protocols, access control procedures, and emergency response plans Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage conflicts calmly and effectively Ability to stand or walk for extended periods while maintaining vigilance throughout shifts Valid PERC card with 20 hours certificate Job Type:Full-time Pay:$35.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
