Overview:Foxlink Group is a multinational company headquartered in Taiwan, with manufacturing facilities across various Asian countries.Foxlink is expanding its business by launching a new manufacturing facility in Fort Worth, Texas.Foxlink Texas Inc.will produce SMT (Surface-Mount Technology) electronic products.Our mission is to deliver high-quality, precision-engineered electronic components that power the future of technology.As we build our operations from the ground up, we are seeking a vigilant and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee the physical safety and security operations at our facility.The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a comprehensive understanding of security protocols.This role involves supervising security personnel, managing surveillance systems, and ensuring strict compliance with safety standards to protect our personnel, property, and assets.You will play a critical role in maintaining a secure environment through proactive monitoring and effective conflict management.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership & Training: Supervise and coordinate security personnel to ensure effective, round-the-clock coverage of the premises.Train new security staff on surveillance techniques, conflict resolution, and emergency response procedures.Surveillance & Patrol Operations: Monitor surveillance equipment, such as CCTV systems, to detect and deter suspicious activities.Conduct regular physical patrols of the facility to identify potential security breaches or safety hazards.Incident Response & Conflict Management: Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, or alarms, applying professional conflict management skills as needed.Provide first aid and CPR when necessary, ensuring all safety protocols are followed during medical or physical emergencies.Collaborate seamlessly with local law enforcement agencies during investigations or active security threats.Policy Enforcement & Loss Prevention: Enforce security policies and procedures consistently across all shifts.Oversee and implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft, vandalism, or property damage.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed, accurate reports of incidents, patrols, and daily security activities for strict record-keeping and audit purposes.Qualifications & Requirements:Experience: Prior experience in law enforcement, military service, or private physical security is highly desirable.Experience in managing or supervising a team of security personnel is strongly advantageous.Technical Skills: Proven background in surveillance operations and CCTV system management.Strong knowledge of loss prevention tactics, alarm response procedures, and incident documentation processes.Core Competencies: Demonstrated ability to handle high-stress conflict situations with professionalism, de-escalation tactics, and tact.Certifications: Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred but not mandatory (training can be provided if necessary).Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Language:English (Required) Mandarin Chinese or Spanish (Preferred) Ability to Commute:Fort Worth, TX 76177 (Required) Work Location:In person How to Apply:Apply now by sending your resume and a brief cover letter to fti_hr@foxlink.com with the subject line:Security Supervisor Application - Fort Worth.Pay:$55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Language:Chinese Mandarin or Spanish (Preferred) Shift availability:Day Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Preferred) Overnight Shift (Preferred) Ability to Commute:Fort Worth, TX 76177 (Required) Work Location:In person.
