Employer Industry: Entertainment Technology Why Consider This Job Opportunity Salary up to $160,000 per year Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Flexible remote work option with regular visits to the employer's HQ in Los Gatos Competitive benefits package Chance to work on large-scale security systems projects across the West Coast and LATAM regions What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) Lead all phases of security systems projects including design, bid management, installation oversight, and final testing and commissioning for new builds and MACs across the region Develop detailed project plans defining scope, schedule, deliverables, resources, budget, and risk management strategies Evaluate vendor bids, manage the selection process, and oversee contractors through installation to ensure quality and compliance Coordinate and lead meetings with cross-functional stakeholders to align project scope, schedule, and execution Track project performance, issues, and financials, applying structured change-management processes as needed What Is Required (Qualifications) 5+ years of project management experience leading enterprise-wide security systems deployments and construction projects 5+ years of experience managing vendors, including installation oversight and project close-out Expert knowledge of Genetec VMS and Access Control, with preference for experience in cloud-based deployments Excellent project management skills with proficiency in managing numerous concurrent project deliverables with little supervision Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field; PMP/CISSP certification preferred How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Entertainment or tech industry experience is preferred Experience with cloud-based security system deployments #EntertainmentTechnology #ProjectManagement #SecuritySystems #CareerOpportunity #RemoteWork We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
