Job Summary: The Security Systems Technician II can operate independently, bringing several years of experience to the field with the ability to perform installations, maintenance, troubleshoot complex issues, lead smaller projects, and assist in training junior technicians. Technicians at this level are expected to have an intermediate understanding of security systems and networking fundamentals, demonstrate critical problem-solving skills and take on additional responsibilities in project tasks and client engagement.
