Company OverviewPrice Self Storage is a dynamic and welcoming workplace dedicated to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.Our team members are the last impression customers see, making their experience positive and memorable.We value sales-driven, friendly professionals who are eager to grow their careers in the storage industry.Job SummaryWe are seeking an energetic and motivated Self Storage Specialist to join our team.In this role, you will be the friendly face and helpful resource for our customers, assisting with storage unit rentals, answering inquiries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help drive sales, promote our services, and foster customer loyalty.Duties Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service through clear communication and active listening Assist customers with storage unit rentals, including explaining features and benefits of different units Conduct product demonstrations of storage solutions and related services to encourage upselling opportunities Manage POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling and receipt issuance Maintain merchandising displays, stock supplies, and ensure the cleanliness of the sales area Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information about storage options and pricing Perform basic retail math for transactions, upselling, and inventory management Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred; supervising experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math techniques Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately and efficiently Experience in merchandising, stocking, or grocery store environments is beneficial Demonstrated ability to upsell products or services confidently Positive attitude with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service Join our team as a Self Storage Specialist where your energy and dedication will make a real impact!
