Branch Manager, Industrial Staffing - Allentown, PA 5+ years staffing industry experience preferred (or strong B2B sales into similar client base) Onsite in Allentown, PA | No relocation required, local market focus Are you a true hunter in the staffing industry who wants to build something — not just maintain it? Our client is an established staffing firm with a strong presence in the industrial and distribution space. The Allentown branch is stable, producing, and supported by two experienced recruiters — but what’s missing is a sales-driven leader to take it to the next level. We’re hiring a Branch Manager to drive new business, expand market share, and lead from the front. What You Will Do Drive net-new business development (60–70% of focus initially) Build and grow client relationships in the industrial / distribution space Lead and mentor a team of 2 recruiters Manage key accounts while expanding into new logos Execute full-cycle staffing strategy including client development and fill ratio improvement Maintain strong presence in the local market through meetings and networking What We’re Looking For Proven hunter mentality with a track record of new business development Background in staffing OR strong B2B sales into similar customer base (industrial, logistics, distribution) Ability to balance sales + leadership (player/coach mindset) Comfortable in a role that is heavily sales-focused vs operational Required Skills Business development / cold calling / client acquisition Account management and expansion Leadership and team development Strong communication and negotiation skills 5+ years in staffing or relevant B2B sales Experience selling into industrial, logistics, or distribution clients preferred What You Get Base salary up to ~$80K + uncapped earning potential Established branch with existing revenue and team Autonomy to build and grow your own book of business Opportunity to make a visible impact and scale a market Job Number 7888
