Ensure the practice remains compliant with Florida state regulations and safety standards. Mentor a small, highly skilled team in a collaborative, luxury setting. A collaborative spirit and interest in supporting a local, female-owned small business. Responsibilities Provide expert medical oversight for all clinical procedures and treatments offered at the boutique spa Develop and implement protocols aligned with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, FDA regulations, and NCQA standards Supervise and mentor clinical staff and support personnel, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards Oversee patient care processes, including assessments, treatment planning, and follow-up care to ensure optimal outcomes Manage medical records with precision using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and EHR (Electronic Health Record) systems Ensure compliance with healthcare laws related to HIPAA privacy rules, medical records management, and patient confidentiality Qualifications Active MD or DO license with current credentials; semi-retired status preferred but not required Join us in shaping a luxurious wellness environment where your medical expertise will inspire innovation while delivering exceptional patient care. This role offers an exciting platform for experienced physicians seeking a meaningful transition into healthcare management within a vibrant boutique spa setting.
