About the Role Veeva Systems is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to build, evangelize, and deliver field and account-based marketing campaigns that drive business growth from strategic accounts. This role develops highly targeted and personalized campaigns for accounts and prospects in the consumer products industries and their value chain. Responsibilities Develop, execute, and optimize data-driven multi-channel field marketing and ABM campaigns from concept through post-campaign analysis and reporting. Apply an experimentation mindset to test, learn, and optimize ABM campaigns. Collaborate with account partners and strategy leads on strategies to attract and close key accounts. Partner with content, field, and digital marketers to build, execute, and track integrated campaigns. Understand complex buying and selling processes involving multiple decision-makers. Oversee timely execution of ABM plans and measure campaign effectiveness against appropriate KPIs. Execute high-impact field campaigns and ABM initiatives to expand and accelerate the sales pipeline. Influence active pipeline opportunities to reduce the sales cycle and drive faster conversions. Qualifications 6+ years experience in marketing or customer-facing roles such as Sales or Customer Success for an enterprise software or cloud-based solution provider. Strong experience building and executing integrated marketing programs, managing program budgets, and reporting. Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate across stakeholders. Hands-on, collaborative, creative, strategic, and analytical approach to managing cross-functional teams across geographies. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects at the same time. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience with sales, CRM, and marketing automation systems. Bachelor's degree required. Compensation and Benefits Base pay: $95,000-$175,000. Additional compensation: This position may be eligible for variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
