Senior Accountant – A growing, innovative organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to play a key role in supporting its expansion and mission-driven care delivery model. Prepare and analyze GAAP-compliant financial statements, maintain fixed asset ledgers and depreciation schedules, and support external audits. Acquisition & Integration – Assist with consolidating multiple entities post-acquisition, onboarding new entities into financial systems, aligning accounting practices, and reconciling opening balances. Revenue Cycle Collaboration Compliance & Internal Controls – Ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations (HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid, PBM relationships) and maintain strong internal controls as the company scales. Operational & Strategic Support – Provide financial insight and reporting to clinic and pharmacy leadership, assist with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and process improvements in accounting workflows. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (required) 5–10 years of progressive accounting experience, with advanced Excel skills public accounting and industry experience preferred; CPA and M&A integration experience highly desirable but not required Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; able to work independently and handle complex projects
