Your Opportunity, Your Team The Senior Accountant supports Cornerstone Brands and supports month-end close through balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting, and assists with internal and external audits. You will report to the Senior Manager of Accounting. Where You'll Work This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our West Chester, OH office several days per month. Relocation assistance is not available for this role. What You'll Do You will collaborate with multiple departments (e.g., Accounts Payable, Payroll, Finance, and Customer Service) to provide Accounting and Finance solutions. You will prepare journal entries, reconcile general ledger accounts, and ensure, accurate financial reporting following company deadlines and GAAP. You will analyze financial data, conduct variance analysis, and provide recommendations for process and performance improvements. You will help with internal and external audits, including preparing schedules, reports, and documentation, and support state and local sales tax and income tax filings. You will identify opportunities for process improvements in accounting and financial reporting procedures.
