Senior Accountant

We’re partnering with a growing organization in the Flowood area seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. This is a high-visibility role working directly with the Controller, offering strong exposure to the full accounting cycle and a clear path for growth within the organization. What You’ll Do Manage day-to-day accounting activities for the site Support month-end close, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations Perform bank and account reconciliations Assist with financial reporting and analysis Partner with operations to ensure accuracy of financial data Support process improvements and help strengthen internal controls What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred 3+ years of accounting experience Strong understanding of general ledger and month-end close processes Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills Ability to work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams Why This Role Direct exposure to leadership (Controller) Opportunity to take ownership of accounting for the site Strong potential for career growth and advancement Collaborative, team-oriented environment
