This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls at the site level. WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial transactions, including recurring journal entries, month-end account reconciliations, and GRIR (Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt) reconciliation. Research and analyze general ledger account variances to support financial accuracy and insight. Manage the Fixed Asset process for the site including CER, oversee fixed asset accounting, and generate reports for users. Lead inventory reconciliations and inventory count processes, including tracking open purchase orders, conducting monthly inventory reporting, and supporting materials forecasting. Provide proactive analysis and support to the finance team, including KPI and shipment reporting (BOL tracking and creation), ad hoc data requests, and project work. Maintain SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) compliance documentation, support ongoing SOX compliance initiatives, and provide required materials for internal and external audits. Collaborate within the accounting center to support team work load and ensure timely, accurate completion of tasks. YOU HAVE: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and 3+ years of accounting experience is required. Experience with Oracle and/or OneStream is helpful. Proficient with all Microsoft Offic
