Job Description
Location: New York, NY | Boston, MA | Raleigh/Durham, NC | Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid) $100K–$118K + 10–15% Bonus + Strong Benefits No Sponsorship Available About the Opportunity We’re partnering with a leading financial services organization focused on modernizing and automating enterprise workflows. They are seeking a Senior Adobe Workfront Developer with deep expertise in Workfront Fusion and process automation to help drive scalable, high-impact solutions. This is a hands-on development role —ideal for someone who enjoys building automation, integrating systems, and eliminating manual processes at scale. What You’ll Do Build and optimize complex workflows, templates, request queues, and custom forms in Adobe Workfront Design and implement end-to-end process automations using Workfront Fusion Develop integrations between Workfront and other platforms (e.g., AEM Assets, APIs, BI tools) Leverage Workfront APIs to streamline workflows and improve efficiency Configure Workfront objects (projects, tasks, portfolios) and maintain system integrity Create advanced dashboards, reporting, and KPIs Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions Troubleshoot issues and support platform enhancements What We’re Looking For ✅ 5–7 years of total IT experience ✅ 2+ years of hands-on Workfront Fusion experience ✅ Proven background in process automation within Workfront ✅ Experience with Workfront APIs and system integrations ✅ Exposure to enterprise-scale Workfront environments Nice to Have Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Assets) Integration with BI/reporting tools Strong understanding of workflow optimization and automation design Why This Role Work on enterprise-scale automation initiatives High-impact role with visibility across business units Strong compensation + bonus structure Opportunity to modernize and optimize real-world business processes Important Notes Must be authorized to work in the U.S. No current or future visa sponsorship available About Capgemini: Capgemini is an AI-powered global business and technology transformation partner, delivering tangible business value.
