Director of Amazon Advertising – $190,000 + Benefits – San Diego, CA At R2, we are currently partnered with a leading company in the CPG space. They are a powerhouse in this sector, responsible for some of the most recognizable marketing campaigns in the States. They take a highly data-driven approach and provide access to the latest tech and tools, enabling their employees to thrive. As the Director of Amazon Advertising, you will take full ownership of the Advertising function, setting the vision, defining KPIs, and driving scalable growth across multi-million-dollar budgets to maximize ROAS. You’ll lead transformational initiatives to enhance processes and performance, position the team at the forefront of Amazon Advertising, and leverage data and market insights to unlock new opportunities. At the same time, you’ll mentor senior talent, foster a culture of excellence and accountability, and ensure strong cross-functional alignment to deliver measurable business impact at scale. If you have: 4+ years of experience in Amazon Advertising Experience across Amazon SP, SB, SD, DSP, AMS, and AMC Technical proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis Strong people management experience And you want: A base salary of up to $190,000 for the right candidate Generous PTO Health, dental, and vision insurance Long- and short-term disability Life insurance 401(k) matching Interested?
